A major refurbishment and fit-out of Molyneaux House — a stunning restored Georgian building transformed into 12 beautiful apartments. From start to finish, an incredible journey that revitalised one of Dublin’s most distinctive historic properties.
The Project
Molyneaux House underwent massive restoration and refurbishment, bringing a stunning old building back to life as twelve beautifully designed apartments. The brief was to create interiors that honoured the building’s history while delivering contemporary living spaces that would attract discerning buyers.
Materials & Palette
The palette is restrained and elegant — warm neutrals on the walls, rich hardwood flooring, and bespoke joinery tailored to each apartment’s layout. Kitchens were designed with clean lines and quality finishes; bathrooms with full-height tiling and carefully chosen fixtures.
The Result
